Common core State Standard – Singular-Plural

This material satisfies the Early Childhood Montessori language curriculum. Singular-Plural is a stand-alone material created to provide children extensive work with singular vs. plural nouns, and meets the current Common Core State Standard: CCSS.ELA-Literacy.L.K.1.c. “Singular – Plural” includes 68 sets of activities for making singular nouns into plural nouns. It contains 30 Pink and Blue Series nouns that become plural by adding an “s” or “es” ending, 30 Green Series nouns ending in “y” or “o” that become plural by deleting the last letter and adding “ies” or “es,” and 5 nouns that remain the same between singular and plural form.
