Description
This material supports the Montessori biology curriculum. Children learn about the characteristics of living organisms. They are also introduced to the three domains of life, and the Five Kingdoms of living organisms. One of the Five Kingdoms is the Animal Kingdom, which includes the following major divisions: Porifera, cnidaria, platyhelminth, nematode, annelid, mollusk, arthropod, echinoderm, and chordate. The Animal Kingdom Charts consist of one control chart, one work chart, nine picture cards, and nine description cards.
