Description
This material supports the Montessori biology curriculum. Children learn about the characteristics of living organisms. They are acquainted with the three domains of life used by scientists to classify living organisms based on cellular structure. With the Five Kingdom Chart, children further their classification knowledge by exploring how kingdoms are organized. The following kingdoms are represented: prokaryote, Protist, fungus, plant, and animal. The material consists of one control chart, one work chart, five picture cards, and five description cards.
